"Subjective decisions are made in large quantities. Vineeta Singh declared, "It is a complete lie if people claim that they never argue and that they agree on anything."

Vineeta Singh, the CEO of Sugar Cosmetics and judge on Shark Tank India, and her husband Kaushik Mukherjee started the firm. Recently, Singh disclosed that arguments might occasionally occur at home and at work. During the podcast "The Ranveer Show," she was speaking with YouTuber Ranveer Allahabadia.

"There are minor altercations. Even now, we still had arguments. Fights at work can occasionally spill over into the home and vice versa. Co-founders, whether they be brothers or other family members, usually end up battling, in my opinion. When individuals pitch their businesses on Shark Tank, for instance, and we ask them who the CEO is, they respond that we all make the decision collectively. However, it's a subjective choice if there's just a pennies remaining in your business's account and you have to choose where to spend them, according to Vineeta Singh.

A great deal of choices are made subjectively. It is a complete falsehood, she said, if individuals claim that they never argue and that they agree on anything."

The businesswoman continued by saying that she and her spouse had settled on duties, with a "final call" for each of them. She went on to say, "For instance, if I have a final call on a product, then Kaushik can disagree as much as he wants, I will hear his point of view, but still, I will decide and fundamentally over a period of time, we can't hold grudges about it."

She said there were a lot of fights in the beginning, remembering her early days. There were several arguments over the best course of action. People in the office would occasionally get afraid because we would yell at each other when things became personal. After some time, we came to the conclusion that we can disagree politely. It must be recognized that words have greater potential for harm than weapons, therefore we now exercise extreme caution while using them."

"When things get really heated, we sometimes argue over Slack instead of face-to-face because feelings can get really high." Co-founders, in my opinion, eventually learn how to politely disagree with one another. Putting your ego aside in a co-founder relationship is another thing I've learned to avoid a lot of conflict. It gets simpler if there is mutual respect, clear limits, tolerance for difference of opinion, and a strong desire to achieve the desired outcome," she said to the podcast presenter.

Ms. Vineeta Singh stated that despite everything, she is aware that respect and love are constants. "This is something I will always remember. In essence, Kaushik embodies a higher quality of character than myself, and my freedom to follow my aspirations is a result of Kaushik's uniqueness from many other guys. I am grateful to have a husband who thinks all women have the right to pursue their aspirations every morning. It's quite significant.
