Mohan Yadav, the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, suspends the collector due to his remarks on "aukat."

Kishor Kanyal, the district collector for Shajapur, was fired by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav for questioning a driver's "aukat" (status) during a truckers' protest.

On Wednesday, Kishor Kanyal, the district collector for Shajapur who caused a stir when he questioned a driver's "aukat" in the midst of a truckers' protest, was fired. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav made the decision, declaring that his administration would not accept this types of  language. Kanyal was also ordered to be promoted to state deputy secretary by the Madhya Pradesh government.

Riju Bafna, the collector of Narsinghpur, was named the new collector of Shajapur as a result of this. After losing his temper during a meeting with drivers' union representatives on Tuesday, Kishore Kanyal later apologized if his remarks had offended anyone. Several people shared a video of the incident online, which featured Kishore Kanyal pleading with people not to break the law.

"Kya karoge tum, kya aukat hai tumhari?" Shouting an enraged Kanyal in response to a driver union representative's request that he speak politely. In response, the man stated that they are engaged in this conflict because they lack "aukat." The man was then escorted off the scene by a police officer.

Chief Minister Yadav responded to the incident by saying, "We work for the uplift of the poor under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi." No matter how big an officer is, he still has to be considerate of the poor people's labor and sentiments. This kind of language will not be accepted by our government as a human being." Yadav stated that he is a laborer's kid.

"on my opinion, officers who use such language are unfit to be on the field. I anticipate that the individual assigned to that position (the Shajapur collector) will monitor any inappropriate conduct. This hurts me, the Chief Minister declared.
